The Lofty Heights - John Locke

I'm quite ignorant and didn't know who John Locke was until today when I was studying. I saw this video last year and wondered who he was, but never looked it up. Anyways, I've reposted this because I loves it. I'm going to go and read his Second Treatise on Civil Government now... maybe.
